CMDB Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMDB Technical Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and management of the Configuration Management Database within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement CMDB strategy and governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Oversee the design and architecture of the CMDB, including integration with external data sources
• Provide operational support for IT processes and troubleshoot CMDB-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow CMDB and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and frameworks
• Proven experience in CMDB design, implementation, and management
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and related modules
