IAM Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Engineer to enhance identity and access management while driving automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve IAM systems (Okta, Google Workspace)
• Automate user lifecycle processes and device provisioning
• Support role-based access control (RBAC) and access reviews

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in IT automation, IAM, or a related engineering role
• Proficiency in managing IAM platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace
• Strong scripting and automation experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with identity protocols and provisioning standards (e.g., SAML, SCIM, OAuth)
• Experience designing and supporting RBAC models
