Security and Compliance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer 3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth security and risk assessments for services deployed on Azure and Power Platform
• Document identified risks in the Risk Register and partner with engineering teams to track risk mitigation activities
• Automate and streamline compliance validation, risk tracking, and remediation workflows

Required Qualifications:

• CISSP or equivalent certification is mandatory
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure security architecture and services
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in security assessments and risk analysis
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in risk management with knowledge of NIST CSF v2 or equivalent frameworks
• Proficiency in using Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) for data analysis
