Ambulatory Solution Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ambulatory/PEVH Solution Advisor to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in electronic health record modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders including VHA Council Management Team and Oracle Health
• Support workflow documentation and assist with trouble ticket resolution and testing activities
• Provide project management support, including risk management and tracking change request tickets

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience
• Knowledge of Cerner Referral Management and Community Care solution configuration
• Experience managing Information Technology-related projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in life cycle and project management methodologies
