Senior Desktop Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer responsible for designing, building, and supporting MacOS and Windows 11 platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a large fleet of MacOS and Windows devices
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system tuning
• Provide support and troubleshooting for desktop-related issues

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 10 years designing, building, and supporting desktop environments
• Expert level knowledge managing MacOS devices with Jamf or Kandji
• Strong skills in application packaging and securing operating systems
• Expert level proficiency in Bash, Python, and PowerShell scripting
• Experience in a medium or large enterprise managing several thousand endpoints
