Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect to join their Enterprise Applications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership for Life and Annuity Agent systems, focusing on Salesforce and related integrations
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to align product lines with business and technology strategies
• Mentor Systems Architects and Analysts while leading architectural decisions for major initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 12+ years of IT architecture and software engineering experience
• Proven expertise in Salesforce development and administration
• Experience with event-driven systems and integration architectures
• Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly life and annuity
