Required Qualifications

• Experience in defining a clear vision and motivating teams to align with that vision
• Vendor management experience
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and retain motivated staff in an international setting
• Experience leading a global IT team providing reliable IT support
• Stakeholder management experience, partnering with IT teams and business leaders
