Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone-based or electronic support for incident resolution to the WVU community
- Deliver first-level technical support for various software applications and remote IT support
- Maintain currency on advancements in supported applications and ITIL best practices
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of two years of technical experience in a computer-related customer support field
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
- All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
