Senior Database Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Database Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and rewrite legacy code or database queries to enhance performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data-related technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and develop complex query analysis for multiple applications

Required Qualifications

• BE or BS Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 5-10 years of IT experience with a strong understanding of database structures and practices
• Proficiency in SQL Query Tuning and Slow Query Optimizations
• Experience with RDBMS knowledge of SQL Server 2012-2016 / MySQL 5.8
• AWS Cloud experience is preferred
