ServiceNow SPM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Demand Management within ServiceNow
• Oversee Resource Management, including allocation, forecasting, and capacity planning
• Develop financial planning processes, including cost plans, benefit plans, and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting (GlideScript, GlideAjax, Client Scripts, Business Rules)
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of Agile Development and SAFe integration with SPM
• Experience in data migration and reporting, including building Performance Analytics dashboards
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM is preferred
