Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Workflow Developer to design, implement, and maintain custom workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow workflows based on government requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders to migrate legacy workflows
• Build and maintain system change request and change control board workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflow development and configuration
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and DevOps principles
• Experience with cloud-native integrations
• Familiarity with change management systems, particularly in federal or DoD environments
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Application Developer, Workflow Specialist) are preferred
