Lead CMDB Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead CMDB Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and implement ServiceNow solutions including workflows, forms, and business rules
• Participate in Agile-related meetings and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
• Support onboarding of complex technologies into the CMDB and maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or a High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, specifically with CMDB and ITAM
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and workflow design, including JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications preferred
