Senior IT Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Engineer to automate IT processes and improve infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and SaaS app provisioning
• Lead cross-functional automation projects to deliver scalable solutions that enhance security and efficiency
• Evaluate and apply automation tools to address IT and business process challenges

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Okta Workflows and complex identity automation flows
• Experience leading projects from requirements gathering to implementation in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in AI tools and platforms for optimizing IT operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for integrating SaaS platforms via APIs
• Strong project management skills for documentation and change control
