System Configuration Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Configuration Lead to manage complex configurations on the HealthRules Payer platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build complex configurations in the HealthRules Payer system for new healthcare products and provider contracts
• Resolve platform issues related to account implementation, claims, finance, and enrollment using HealthRules Payer expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategic objectives while managing project timelines and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level familiarity with the HealthRules Payer platform and at least 5-10 years in a configuration role
• 10-12 years of experience in Health Care Enrollment, Claims Processing, and Health Plan Configuration
• Demonstrated ability to configure complex facility contracts and optimize benefit configurations in HealthRules Designer
• Advanced knowledge of claim coding and editing rules, as well as state regulations and HIPAA compliance
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, health administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
