Key Responsibilities

• Supervise teams and conduct performance evaluations for assigned staff
• Document and maintain departmental operational policies and procedures
• Manage contractors and budget to support financial stewardship

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of position start date
• Four years of relevant technical experience leading people, processes, or technology
• Experience with financial budget planning and reporting
• Understanding of human resources practices including recruitment and retention
