Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across various modules
- Lead technical design workshops and define architecture standards and governance models
- Oversee implementation deliverables and ensure platform scalability and performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 15+ years in IT, with 12+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
