Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage security alerts to assess severity and required response
• Provide user support and education for security-related issues
• Escalate confirmed or high-risk incidents to senior security engineers

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in information security, IT support, or SOC environments
• 1+ years of experience in security fundamentals including networking and endpoint protection
• 1+ year of experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with common security tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, EDR)
