Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Assurance Technician II.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network health and support Service Assurance Repair in a 24/7 environment
- Create and coordinate Outage Parent tickets during outage situations
- Interact with carriers and vendors, escalating issues as necessary until resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience as a telecommunications technician or in a related discipline
- Advanced working knowledge of network operations and equipment
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar are preferred
- Familiarity with Central Office/Colocation scenarios and related wiring
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is preferred
