Functional Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst to support the USPS Logistics Tech Services Group in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business needs, requirements, and technical solutions
• Maintain system protocols and provide direction during development and testing cycles
• Assist with Agile ceremonies and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and work management tools
• Working knowledge of Java, UNIX, and SQL using Oracle DB
• Experience in incident management and critical incident leadership
• US citizenship or Permanent Resident status required for USPS Public Trust clearance
