Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects and process automation

• Evaluate information from multiple sources to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Salesforce-focused roles with expertise in Service Cloud and communications workflows
• Proven experience integrating third-party Contact Center solutions like Five9
• Experience mentoring and leading teams of Salesforce professionals
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator required; additional certifications are a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
