Secret Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Information Systems Security Engineer to provide cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authority to Operate (ATO) support for the United States Army.

Key Responsibilities

• Define system security requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure continuous monitoring throughout the system life cycle
• Provide independent cybersecurity advice, support cybersecurity reviews, and assist in developing ATO packages
• Identify security control non-compliance and work with product teams to develop appropriate mitigations and track compliance documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of system and/or security engineering experience supporting U.S. Government customers
• Experience with RMF Assessment and Authorization documentation and implementing DoDI 8510.01 RMF for DoD
• AWS Certified Security - Specialty or similar certification
• Must possess and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance
