- Manage integrations and automation across business systems, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT operations
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity with SaaS billing tools and CPQ systems
- Understanding of SaaS business processes such as lead-to-order and order-to-cash
- Experience with enterprise-grade integration tools and managing data sync issues
