Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst responsible for analyzing and improving IT processes related to Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create complex software workflow diagrams
• Analyze data from multiple sources to support data-driven decision making
• Document and translate business requirements into technical specifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 1 year of experience
• Experience in eliciting and documenting requirements using various methods
• Proficient in communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze information needs
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management and writing complex SQL queries
• Ability to perform functional quality assurance testing and collaborate with development teams
