Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Manager - Head of Policy Systems (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT policy administration systems team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of policy administration systems, implementing DevSecOps pipelines and automation initiatives
• Integrate AI and machine learning technologies to enhance policy administration processes and manage cloud infrastructure for scalability and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in a technology organization, with 5+ years as a Scrum Master or technical project manager
• 5+ years of experience with Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and API frameworks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience presenting to executive leadership on program delivery and status
• Experience in the Specialty Insurance or Commercial Insurance industry is preferred
