Manager of Identity Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Identity and Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate policies, standards, and procedures for managing security functions related to IT systems
• Report metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Information Security Program and facilitate resource allocation
• Provide subject matter expertise on information security standards and collaborate with stakeholders on security status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required
• 5 years of experience leading technical teams in diverse disciplines
• 5 years of experience in information security or a related field
• Information Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are required or must be obtained within 2 years
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
