Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor application servers and perform Tier 3 support for production issues
- Understand and manage application integrations, acting as a liaison between vendors and internal teams
- Operate within ITSM frameworks and ensure compliance with security standards
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise-scale applications, preferably Java-based with SQL Server backend
- Strong SQL query skills for troubleshooting and validation
- Expertise in application integrations and vendor coordination
- Familiarity with security best practices and ITSM frameworks
