Senior Cloud Application Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Application Administrator to join their Manage Cloud Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high uptime for customers through operational and maintenance activities
• Rapidly troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues that escalate due to duration or impact
• Create runbooks and participate in postmortem meetings to document incidents and preventative measures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Relational Database Administration (11g and 12c)
• 5+ years of experience with Cloud scale Linux Administration
• Experience in Shell, Perl, Ruby, Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification
• Preferred hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services and AWS certification
