JIRA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a JIRA Engineer to manage, configure, and optimize the Atlassian Jira platform for project management and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain custom workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet organizational needs
• Integrate Jira with third-party tools and troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and document all configurations and processes

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with SQL-based systems and Jira administration
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira Query Language (JQL)
• Experience with cloud concepts and application performance tuning
• Ability to analyze requirements and design creative solutions
• Familiarity with creating system documentation and user guides
