Workday FINS Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday FINS Manager to join their Systems and Strategic Sourcing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the continuous development, optimization, and security of the Workday platform
• Develop and generate meaningful reports and analytics to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with business leads in accounting and finance to address data-related inquiries and implement best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of work experience with a minimum of 4 years of FINs/Workday experience
• Proficiency in Workday finance technical areas including procurement, banking, and integrations
• Experience with Workday Reporting, Security, Business Process Framework, and Adaptive Planning
• Must successfully pass criminal and credit background checks to meet banking industry standards
