Workday Integrations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Integrations Lead to design, develop, and maintain integrations within the Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy inbound and outbound integrations using Workday tools
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM business processes and reporting frameworks
• Develop and manage workflows on Workato to automate HR processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a focus on integrations
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, XSLT, and Report Writer
• Solid understanding of Workday's business process framework and security
• Experience building custom reports and dashboards
• Strong background in XML, XPATH, XSLT, and web services (SOAP/REST)
