Job Summary
A company is looking for a Database Administrator/Database Maintenance & Management Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain databases for Social Security Administration learning management systems and training platforms
- Ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance of training-related databases
- Implement backup and recovery procedures and support data analytics and reporting for training program evaluation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field with 7+ years of federal database experience
- Expert knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and other federal-approved database management systems
- Experience with federal data security requirements, including FISMA compliance and controlled access protocols
- Knowledge of federal data governance, backup and recovery procedures, and disaster recovery planning
- Eligibility for security clearance and experience with sensitive government data management and protection
