DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join their engineering team and ensure the security of applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a secure, reliable, and scalable cloud infrastructure while embedding security best practices
• Evaluate and improve the security of systems and applications, focusing on data security
• Implement and manage security tools and processes, collaborating with engineering and security teams

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree desired
• 5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• 3+ years of experience in a dedicated DevSecOps Engineering role
• Experience with security automation tools and implementing shift left principles in CI/CD environments
• Proficiency in at least one coding language, with Python being a plus
