Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT contracts end-to-end, including renewals, terminations, and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract terms and support vendor management operations
• Analyze IT operational workflows and performance data to propose process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, vendor/contract management, or project coordination
• Strong knowledge of IT contracts, procurement processes, and contract analysis
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience supporting cross-functional IT projects and coordinating with stakeholders
