Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce
- Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets
- Support end-users by resolving issues and answering how-to questions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred or in progress
- Basic understanding of Salesforce standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities)
- Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues
