IT Tools Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Tools Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as SME for multiple enterprise tools
• Manage installation, patching, upgrades, and overall tool health
• Create, update, and resolve change and incident tickets using ITSM tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or 5-10 years of equivalent technical experience
• System administration experience with Windows, Solaris, and RHEL
• Proficient in scripting languages; knowledge of Java or Perl is a plus
• Experience with automation tools and job creation
• AWS knowledge or certification is a plus
