A company is looking for a Finvi FACS Collections Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with user departments to assess project feasibility and gather business requirements
- Document specifications for new projects or system changes, ensuring minimal impact on other modules
- Train and support internal users on system applications and modifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Ontario/Finvi FACS in a collection's software environment
- Proficiency in structured application development, system analysis, and project documentation
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and project management methodologies
- Skilled in MS Office Suite and technical problem-solving
