Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize the ServiceNow platform for Public Sector Digital Services or Customer Service Management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather asset management requirements and implement custom solutions
• Create custom workflows, reports, and dashboards for asset management and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Current active Secret Clearance
• US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 8+ years of experience in relevant fields
• Certification as a ServiceNow Developer is highly desirable
