Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 service desk or technical support environment
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and desktop management tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
