Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Change and Release Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve the Change Management process, ensuring compliance with ITIL framework
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and manage the change calendar to minimize business impact
- Plan and supervise releases of application and infrastructure updates across multiple environments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT Change and/or Release Management in a regulated environment
- ITIL v4 certification strongly preferred
- Experience running CAB meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Experience in Agile and/or DevOps environments
