Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize existing educational software and systems
- Collaborate on technology needs and implement new applications and systems
- Provide technical support and training for staff on new technologies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or significant relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, IT support, or education technology
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS)
- Certification in ITIL preferred but not required
