IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to optimize and maintain technology solutions that support educational operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize existing educational software and systems
• Collaborate on technology needs and implement new applications and systems
• Provide technical support and training for staff on new technologies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or significant relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, IT support, or education technology
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS)
• Certification in ITIL preferred but not required
