Epic Release Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPIC Release Manager to lead build and software releases for Epic at the Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and gain approval for Epic Upgrade calendars and coordinate all Health Plan Epic Upgrades
• Plan and manage all Service Updates and monthly build releases for Health Plan Epic
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Epic Release Management and ensure compliance auditing of Health Plan Epic builds

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of eight years in information systems with experience in complex systems, preferably in healthcare
• Direct experience in application support services, environment, and release management
• Ability to manage projects, resources, and timelines effectively
• Experience in clinical and/or health plan system management and clinical application support
