A company is looking for an Epic IT Help Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide at-the-elbow support during a major EPIC go-live for healthcare employees
- Triage EPIC tickets to various EPIC application support groups
- Document triage workflows and processes in the knowledge database
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Service Desk ITIL practices
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM tool
- Understanding of EPIC EHR system is preferable
- Knowledge of specific EPIC modules relevant to the role (e.g., Cupid, Hospital Billing, Willow)
- Proficiency in English (C2 level)
