Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic IT Help Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide at-the-elbow support during a major EPIC go-live for healthcare employees
  • Triage EPIC tickets to various EPIC application support groups
  • Document triage workflows and processes in the knowledge database
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Service Desk ITIL practices
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM tool
  • Understanding of EPIC EHR system is preferable
  • Knowledge of specific EPIC modules relevant to the role (e.g., Cupid, Hospital Billing, Willow)
  • Proficiency in English (C2 level)
