Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Incubation Lab, Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and develop high-impact AI use cases
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and the AI Lab, ensuring effective communication and alignment
• Ensure AI engagements adhere to governance standards, promoting ethical practices and supporting transitions to long-term products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in data, AI/ML, analytics, or digital innovation programs
• Experience managing stakeholder engagement and delivery across multiple business domains
• Experience in AI product development or leading AI innovation initiatives in a corporate setting
• Exposure to cloud-based data and ML ecosystems, preferably AWS
