A company is looking for a RIS Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, document, and support customer solutions and business applications infrastructure
- Provide customer support and training, and perform pre-sales evaluations of customer needs
- Maintain a culture of Root Cause Analysis and Constant Improvement within the team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS Desktop and Server, networking concepts, and troubleshooting
- Experience with hypervisor/containerization technology and MSSQL database management
- Familiarity with scripting, data serialization, and relational database languages
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Radiology or Healthcare IT
- Experience in public cloud environments
