Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Transition Manager responsible for managing the transition of new services and changes to existing services into steady state operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage changes in a controlled manner from design to operations
  • Define and implement processes for Service Introduction and Operational Acceptance for new and modified services
  • Serve as the liaison between Service Delivery, IT Service departments, and Business Departments to ensure successful service transitions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading and managing cross-functional projects or service implementation teams
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing communications and training programs
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in quality control/quality assurance and managing changes to existing services
  • PMP certification and ITIL V4 Foundations preferred or required within the first year of employment
