• Develop and optimize JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions to support business operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Jira solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience managing Jira Software and ITSM projects
• 5 years of expert-level proficiency in JQL for building complex queries
• 5 years of experience using Jira REST APIs and scripting languages for custom integrations
• 3 years of hands-on experience with plugins such as Script Runner and JMWE
