ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, SPM, EA, and CMDB
• Build and maintain a robust CMDB aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for user-centric ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent work experience required
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration and custom application development
• At least 8 years of overall experience in an enterprise IT environment with knowledge of IT service management practices
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS
