Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Administrator for a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage helpdesk queue, ensuring timely updates and resolution of user tickets
- Administer Azure AD, on-prem AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 services
- Support Windows and macOS laptops, manage enrollment, and assist with access issues for SaaS tools
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; degree preferred or equivalent experience and certifications
- 5+ years of IT or system administration experience, including 3+ years in a customer-facing support role
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and 11, macOS, iOS, Android, and modern browsers
- Administration experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2016 or newer, IIS, SQL Server, and basic networking
