Remote Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support a remote team for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings while addressing blockers
• Encourage collaboration and innovation within a cross-functional Agile team
• Maintain project documentation and advise on process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Agile development
• Experience with large-scale software development and data management
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Kanban methods is preferred
