Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the HCM system
- Drive deployment of feature releases/updates and manage system maintenance
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field with IT focus
- 3 years of experience with HCM systems, preferably in modules like Payroll or Core HR
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, database design, and HR & IT security
- Technical proficiency in data management and reporting tools within HCM systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
